Resolution Rising | A New Years Resolutions Challenge

Introducing the first ever Resolutions Rising!

I have always LOVED these photo challenges on Facebook and Instagram and I have always wanted to host one but the timing (and subject matter) never felt quite right. That is, until now...

I had the idea after hearing some strangers talking about how much they disliked where they were at in their life right now and their plans to change that come the new year. Now I'm all for personal growth and healthy change (heck, that's pretty much my job as a coach to help people do both those things) but what I just couldn't let go of was the foundation their change was grounded in - self loathing.

As much as I think you must hit a breaking point where you know that you just can't go on the same way any longer, and use that as the fire to fuel your motivation for positive changes in your life, I do think that we must LOVE and RESPECT ourselves and our journey. And part of that includes the destination you are currently at. So the idea for Resolutions Rising came to me when I was thinking about how I could encourage my January fitness challengers to document their progress in images. I thought... what if we take it a step farther, beyond weekly progress photos, and have an entire month long project everyone can take part in where they not only document their own physical changes but also go on a journey to be present IN the change. Not just trying to rush to the finish line, but paying attention to how they feel in the midst of the transformation.

On Sunday's you'll post a Sunday Selfie. This is not to be vain, but rather to get you in front of your own camera. If you are in one of my fitness challenge groups, your body will be changing over the upcoming weeks and sometimes scales are not the best indicator of all the changes happening, but photos are! Most of us default to the idea that "we'll take photos after" we get to our "ideal". But I want you taking photos before, during, and at the end. That way you can look back and see how far you've come. Also, I want you to find the beauty in yourself at every stage along the way!

I think this is super important. Because we can't plant hate within ourselves and expect to see positive change grow from that. We need to take the time to find the good. Even if all you can find that you like one day is the way your fingers wrap around that cup of tea in your lap, or the way the new red lipstick you just bought looks in the light from your car window. Whatever it is, I want you to search for it. I want you to purposefully engage with yourself during this season of change. Yes, make your resolutions. Yes, be motivated to change for the better. Yes, say goodbye to the things that hold you back. But love yourself through the process, not just at the end.

The idea is to simply take a photo every day in January WHILE you are going through the changes that your resolutions have brought into your life. That's all. Nothing fancy. No professional photography skills required. You can even do the entire thing from your phone if you want! Be inspired by YOU and the world you live in currently. Pause and enjoy the process. You can shoot every day, or just when you feel inspired. You could share every day, just on the weekends, on instagram, on facebook, on your blog... whatever you feel inclined to do!

This is not meant to be yet another obligation, but rather to be something free flowing, to bring a breath of fresh air into your life and inspire you to love yourself more WHILE you are in the midst of transformation. You don't even have to share your photos if you don't want to, this project can be just for you to savor yourself. If you do want to share, I've made you a list of photo prompts above to inspire you and give you a focused intention.

If you want to publicly take part, share the image above of the photo prompts anytime between now and the 1st of January and hashtag your post with #RESOLUTIONRISING so everyone else who is participating can see you!  I'll be taking part on my instagram @BECKAROBINSON if you want to follow my own entries! If you want to pay it forward after you post, search for the hashtag and look through some other people's photos and send a few likes or thumbs up out into cyberspace in a karmic pay-it-forward affirmation circle. Everyone likes to be seen.

PS. If you want to not only do this photo challenge but also join me in one of my January fitness challenges to help you get healthy, lose weight, and gain confidence, shoot me an email to I'm taking registrations through MONDAY! xo

The Geminids | A Cautionary Tale

Did anyone catch the Geminid meteor shower last night? In the US and UK there were beautiful crystal skies for the peak of the last meteor shower of the year and it was dazzling! We were driving home late across the state so we caught a few beautiful views away from the city lights! Between my husband and me, we saw more than 10 shooting stars! My favorite was a greenish colored fireball that streaked all the way across the sky. It was there for so long that you could actually focus your eyes on it and not wonder if you actually saw it or not. (Anyone else do that every time they see a shooting star?)

The Geminid shower is named because the shooting stars appear as if they are radiating out of the Gemini constellation but really we (the Earth) are passing through the dusty remains of an extinct comet called Phaeton. Phaeton's story is actually pretty insightful, so I thought I'd share it with you (in case anyone out there loves mythology as much as I do, or just likes stories in general).

Phaeton, in Greek mythology, was the son of a mortal woman and the powerful sun god, Helios. (Helios, you may recall, was the god who drove a chariot pulling the sun across the sky every day. (So basically... he was kind of a big deal.) However, growing up, Phaeton didn't know about his father. Since Phaeton was raised by a single mother, he was teased by the other children and that teasing inspired in Phaeton a deep and zealous desire to prove himself, no matter what the consequences.

When he was old enough, his mother told him about his father and let him go on quest to meet him at his palace in the East. Phaeton was thrilled. He was so excited that his father was so powerful and influential. Helios was also so excited that he had a son that he agreed to grant his son any favor he wanted. Phaeton, feeling a deep desire to prove himself to all his bullies, asked his father to drive the chariot and pull the sun across the sky. And even though Helios sensed the misled intentions behind his son's request, he didn't want to take back his first promise to his son and agreed to let him do it.

But as soon as Phaeton jumped into the chariot and grabbed the reins, the horses sensed that he was not a skilled driver and went out of control. They were too powerful for him and pulled the chariot haphazardly across the sky dipping too close to the earth and burning a large section of it (that we now know as the Saharan desert).

Zeus (the all mighty ruler of all the gods) saw what was happening and threw a lightning bolt at the chariot to strike it down and stop the dangerous situation. Phaeton was killed instantly and his body plummeted down to Earth where he was mourned by his sisters. The girls' grief was so intense that Zeus turned them into trees and their tears into amber. (We now know as these trees as Weeping Willows.)

The story (and the Gemenid shower) is a reminder to us to be careful with our wishes. Because our desires affect not only our life, but that of our friends and family (just like Phaeton's sisters who mourned him so strongly after his reckless decision) we must remember to weigh the consequences of our desires and choices before jumping in and grabbing the reins (so to speak).

The Geminids may have peaked last night but you might still be able to catch them through dawn on Wednesday morning!

Find Your Word For 2015!

FINDYOURWORD For years, I've been using this exersize of choosing a word for my year. And if doing so has taught me anything, it's that focusing your intetions into just 1 word (or phrase, or mantra... but especially just 1 single word) is powerful! I still make resulutions (sometimes) but I love to focus my mind, soul, and energy into a single word so that all my thoughts and intentions pass through its filter.

There's not magic to finding your word. Usually mine just come to me in a flood of light and color in my mind as I start to wrap up one year in my head and open up my heart to the one upcoming. Usually a few words float around my thoughts, then synonyms, and then one word just feels right. In 2009 my word was VISIBLE. Which was perfect for the evolution of my blossoming photography business. In 2010 my word was UP (or "RISE") and I envisioned all the aspects of my life floating up and up and up. A few rough years of stormy seas uprooted my system and I didn't start to get back on track till I noticed I'd been living the word CALM in 2013 without even realizing it. Last year I never picked a word. Looking back, I'd say it was probably BRAVE because I forced myself to be so that I could step into a new direction of my life.

As this year ends I'm feeling more like myself than I possibly ever have and the desire to pick a new word for 2015 came flooding back to me as I was creating my vision board for the upcoming year! How exciting to feel the joy of choosing a word again. I took a few nights to think on it. A few words came to me, with meanings all on the same track. They came to me in floods of colors like pinks and oranges and shades like the sunrise. Which is fitting since that aligns with their meanings. The newness of a day, so full of potential. Anything can happen. Anything will happen. If there's a will there's a way...

At first I resisted POSSIBILITY. It seemed to simple. Too "on the nose". I like words. I wanted a word with more mystery. More poetry. But POSSIBILITY kept coming back to me. I found lots of supporting words that I also loved while reading about POSSIBILITY. Words like PROMISE, POTENTIAL, DEVELOP, BECOME. To me, 2015 holds the potential and possibility of so much change in our life all for the better. And I feel like all that's asked of me is to rise to the occasion and become the best version of myself that I can in the upcoming year. All of these words, these colors, these ideas of rising and developing, and unlimited potential. It all just feels right.

I want to tap into my latent ability, my promise, my capacity, my potential. I want to develop and become and help others do the same. I want a year of "if there's a will, there's a way" and daylight breaking on the past few years of struggle. I want the dawn of a new chapter, full of light and the potential and possibility for anything to happen.

The POSSIBILITY is limitless, and so am I.

What are your words (or word) for 2015? I'd love to know!

And if you need more help figuring it out, I made this quick video explaining more about how I discover my word (and my colors) for the year and what I do with them after! Enjoy.

Still need more help? One of my favorite bloggers, Susannah Conway, has put together a FREE 5 day email class to help you figure out your word. Register soon, it starts Monday!

My December #LifeByDesign List

One of the biggest reasons I decided to seriously pursue coaching and make a business out of it was because I wanted to be able to create the freedom to live my life by design. And not just for me, but for my family! As artists our income, historically, has been so up and down. It's so dependent on our ability to physically be somewhere and perform and it's limited to me and my husband since it's our skill and vision that brings home the bacon.

But when you have a child your capacity to be gone for 16 hours at a time starts to become more and more limited. You can't just drop everything to travel 2 hours for a shoot or book back-to-back gigs on your weekends to make a little more money because now you've got another human to consider. Not to mention that you just want to hang out with him more and more!

So coaching, to me, has always been a way for me to build something that would help our family live by design. Something that would give us the freedom financially to have more time as a family and to be able to do the things we want to do as a family without worrying about having to squeeze in more work or having to put our family last to prioritize our client's last minute needs.

This year we've been able to add a full time income into our family budget because of coaching and with that the freedom to live a little bit more intentionally and by our own rules! To honor that new freedom, I wanted to make sure not to let this, MY FAVORITE TIME OF YEAR, slip by without me enjoying every last sparkling moment! So I made a list of fun "by design" things I want to do this holiday season! May this be the first of many LIFE BY DESIGN seasons to come!

➳ Visting Downtown Disney
Picking out a Christmas tree as a family
Decorating the house
The nightly snowfall in Celebration
Baking and decorating our Secret Family Recipe Sugar Cookies
➳ The Tree Lighting + Luminescence Show at the Gaylord Palms
The Elf on the Shelf shenanigans each night
➳ Traditional Cuban "La Noche Buena" dinner
➳ Throwing a New Years Eve Shindig

Want to join me in living with more intention this holiday season and living by design? Make a list of the fun holiday things you want to do this season and take pictures of each like a fun, living by design photo journal! Post them on Instagram with the hashtag #DecemberByDesign so we can all follow along with each other's adventures!

Wednesday, November 26

I had this idea for a series of pop-up dinner parties last year. But the vision never really played itself out in my head until I decided to use the 21 Day Fix's nutrition plan to help me go Paleo. After I announced that I was trying the Paleo lifestyle on for size, I had a lot of people remark to me that while they thought it would be good for them, they could never do it because they would never be able to go out to eat, or have friends over for dinner... in essence, they told me going Paleo and eating mindfully would equal the death of fun.

I love dinner parties and hosting friends over candlelight and delicious food more than most people you may know! So the idea of never getting to do that again just because I wanted to eat according to the Paleo template made me sad! I decided that I was not going to give in that easily! And the idea for GATHER was born! What if I could plan a series of Paleo (Get it... "gather"? Thank you. Thank you. I'm here all week!) dinner parties that were mindful, used fresh and clean ingredients, and that could fit into a balanced and moderate meal plan like the 21 Day Fix (also known as The Portion Fix)? Was this the holy grail of healthy living?!

I set out to take on the task with my inaugural GATHER. An autumnal inspired gathering with a simple but savory spread for a few of the girls on my team! I planned a menu that included some of my favorite Paleo menu items and made sure to label everything with the serving sizes fitting into the Portion Fix guidelines so my guests could serve themselves according to their daily allowance of each food group! It was a SMASHING SUCCESS!

Take a look for yourself! I hope you are inspired to think outside of the box and make your healthy choices a natural part of your life! And stay tuned, I've got a bunch more GATHER pop up dinners in the works so keep checking in for more healthy and mindful dinner party inspiration!

A simple menu with items FULL OF FLAVOR made for a satisfying meal high on happy and low on compromise. The table was set up family style so guests could serve themselves according to their own preferences. Each dish was labelled letting everyone know the Portion Fix servings and portion size!

The roasted root veggies (sweet potato, purple potatoes, yuca root) were diced, tossed lightly in extra virgin olive oil and roasted till tender with ghee and fresh minced garlic! A tiny sprinkle of salt to enhance all the flavors and it's that simple!

Boneless, skinless organic and free range chicken breasts were cut into slices, and seasoned with herbs then grilled. Cherry tomatoes were stacked onto fresh rosemary sprigs and grilled till tender! Grilling them directly on the rosemary sprigs infuses them with flavor! (And it's pretty!)

The harvest salad is one of my FAVORITE salads! Mixed spring greens are tossed lightly in olive oil and champagne vinegar then pickled beets and pistachios are added in. I had goat cheese on the side for anyone who didn't mind some dairy.

Lastly, herb infused lemon water was made fresh just before dinner! You can do all kinds of fun infusions in ice water that add so much flavor and keep water from being boring.

Our team's symbol is the arrow so there were lots of hidden arrows incorporated throughout the party. Like these in the initials on each guests' cup.

paleodinnerparty_2 paleodinnerparty_4 paleodinnerparty_5 paleodinnerparty_6

As the sun set, the cafe lights we strung up over the table made everything begin to glow! Is there anything better than twinkly lights? I think not.

This arrow bracelet is a little gift I send my new coaches when they hit their first big promotion! It was so fun to see one of my girls wearing it to our party!

paleodinnerparty_9 paleodinnerparty_8

I couldn't resist pulling out my polaroid and snapping some just-for-fun keepsakes! I can't wait to have the GATHER parties grow! But something about this very first one, small and simple, will forever be special.

MAKE | Frozen Pumpkin Spice Cocoa

Have any of you been to Seredipity 3 in New York City? They have something there called "Frozen Hot Chocolate" and yes, it's exactly as amazing as it sounds. With the fall season upon us and the holidays coming up quick I'm in the spirit to add spice to EVERYTHING! (PUMKIN ALL THE THINGS!) Remember I made pumpkin chili the other day. I can't help it! Are you doing the same thing too?

The other day I tried my hand at my own version of frozen hot cocoa but I pumpkin spiced it! Except instead of being loaded with artificial flavors and preservatives and sugar and fat, mine is full of nutrients and superfoods. You're welcome. ;) Oh my gosh you guys! It's so good. I knew I would have to share the recipe with you! Try it and let me know how you like it!

➳ 1 packet (or scoop) Vegan Chocolate Shakeology
➳ 1/4 c. organic pumpkin puree (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
➳ a few good shakes of Pumpkin Pie Spice
➳ 1 c. vanilla almond milk
➳ 1/2 c. water
➳ 1/2 banana
➳ 9 ice cubes

Combine everything in a high power blender till smooth and creamy! Add more ice if you want it thicker (or omit the water) Enjoy right away before it melts!

MAKE | Autumnal Paleo Pumpkin Chili

PALEOPUMPKINCHILI1 paleopumpkinchili2 For me fall conjures up all kinds of nostalgia. As soon as the air gets crisper I seem to get perkier. I love the spice and the season and the start to a lineup of holidays that make me more happy than I'm sure is a normal reaction. Getting to wear long sleeves and leather boots and sip on things that steam while you sit outside with friends in the crisp air! I adore it. And even though the heat index here in Florida is still breaking 100 every day (WTF Florida? It's September.) I'm bringing fall inside with spicy candles and recipes like this chili. I found the original recipe online and then tweaked it to make it paleo and to add some warmth in with lots of yummy spices.

➳ 1.5 lbs. grass fed ground beef (the best quality you can find)
➳ 1 medium yellow onion, diced
➳ 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
➳ 3 cloves of garlic, freshly minced
➳ 14.5 oz. can organic Muir fire roasted diced tomatoes
➳ 1 15 oz. can organic pumpkin puree (start with 1/2 can and add more for taste/texture)
➳ 1 8 oz. can tomato paste
➳ organic chicken broth
➳ 3 Tbs chili powder
➳ 1 Tbs cumin
➳ 1 Tbs black pepper
2 Tbs garam marsala
➳ 1 tsp cinnamon
➳ 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (or more if you like it hot!)
➳ salt to taste

1. Brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add a little salt and pepper.
2. Ddd the onion and bell pepper and cook till tender
3. In a separate large pot add the diced tomatoes, pumpkin puree, tomato paste and chicken broth (using the empty tomato can to fill twice with chicken broth and add that in as well. If you like your chili thicker, use less broth. If you like it more soupy, use more. It's up to you!) Mix everything up over low heat till it is warm.
4. Remove the liquid from the pot and put it into a blender. Pulse a few times till the tomatoes and pumkin turn into a thick and velvetty texture. Pour the mixture back in the pot.
5. Raise the heat to medium high and add in the browned beef and veggies from the other pan. Season with all the spices and tweak to your own tastes! Bring it up to a rolling simmer and then turn down the heat to a low simmer and let it go for about 15 minutes to let all the flavors meld and the chili thicken up!
6. To stay paleo, serve it and enjoy it as is. If you aren't paleo or your family members aren't they can dish this up over rice with cheese and sour cream.

BITS + PIECES | Sup Life

suplife1 suplife2 suplife3 suplife4 suplife5 suplife6 suplife7 suplife8

“Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of other's opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary.” - Steve Jobs

I would have never in a million years thought my life right now would look like this! Coaching has not just helped me to lose weight, pay off our debt, meet an incredible community, find purpose, and earn an income... it has also helped me to find a new passion: the fit lifestyle. Getting outside, moving my body, eating things that fuel those explorations.... it's all possible because of the changes that being a part of challenge groups and working as a coach has brought.

A year ago I would have thought that this future, in these images, was impossible for me. I would have told you that you were crazy to say I'd be hauling an 11 foot paddleboard all over the state and doing headstands on it! I would have told you that you were straight up insane if you had told me that I'd yearn to move my body like this, to feel my muscles be strong, to feel the sun on skin I thought I'd always have to hide. Maybe you feel the same. Maybe you're stuck in dogma. Thinking that your career has to look a certain way. That you have to work 9-5 and hate it to have a "career". That network marketing is a joke. That you couldn't possibly be an inspiration to someone else. It might be time to let go of the noise around you telling you this won't work, that you can't do it, that it's too hard or that I'm an exception... and listen to your own inner voice! Just think of what lies just beyond the horizon in your life! Message me if you want to join the fun!

My 21 Day Fix Review

WHO: Who is the 21 Day Fix for? EVERYONE! This program is based on basic principles of balance and clean eating. It can easily be adapted for people with dietary restrictions like vegetarians, vegans, GF, paleo and primal lifestyles! In fact, I shared all about how I make the 21 Day Fix work for me as a paleo eater here! The workouts are short, just 30 minutes, and are a fantastic balance rotating between cardio, strength, hybrid, pilates, and yoga! So this program is especially awesome for busy people or people who don't love spending hours a day working out.

WHAT: The 21 Day Fix is the oh-so-beloved first program put out by trainer Autumn Calabrese. (It was sold out for seemingly forever after it launched!) The colored container and full guide to the nutrition program is included along with the DVD's with all the workouts. It is available as just the program alone or in a Challenge Pack. The latter is what you need to join my monthly online Challenge Groups where you get free coaching, support, accountability, and help as you go through the program with a group of us together!

WHEN: NOW! The 21 Day Fix is available (and currently on sale in September!) You can GET IT HERE.

WHERE: The 21 Day Fix is a program you can do it at home saving you time and money and allowing you sooooo much more freedom with your schedule! Fire your gym! Home workout programs ftw! ;)

WHY: Because you struggle with nutrition. Because you HATE counting calories and macros. Because going to the gym for hours a day isn't working for you. Because you like a challenge. Because you want to get lean and toned. Because you want to increase flexibility. Because you have some weight to lose. Because you're tired of feeling weak and bloated. Because your body needs it. Because we'll do it together so it will be fun! Because you deserve to feel amazing in your skin!

What Workouts Come With the At Home Program?
Total Body Cardio Fix:  Gets your heart rate up and keeps your metabolism revved
➳ Upper Fix: Targeted resistance training to shape your chest, back, shoulders, arms and abs
Lower Fix: Tones your entire lower body while blasting fat and burning calories
➳ Pilates Fix: Develop long, lean muscles while you target your hips, thighs, and core
➳ Cardio Fix: Exactly what it sounds like. Heart pumping cardio in just half an hour.
➳ Yoga Fix: Improve your balance, flexibility and strength (and get a tiny bit of a break)
➳ BONUS: Dirty 30: 4 rounds of fat burning moves in a mix of cardio and strength!

How much does it cost?
The best deal on the 21 Day Fix experience is called a CHALLENGE PACK and it is normally $160 but for the month of September it is $140! You get the full 21 Day Fix program and nutrition plan + 1 month of Shakeology (normally $130). So basically it's like you are getting the 21 Day Fix program for just $10! This is what you need to buy to join my monthly challenge groups. The challenge group is the key to long term success because it connects you with a community, especially with a program like the 21 Day Fix where you will likely have lots of questions about meal planning and recipes ideas! You get free coaching from me as you go through the program with a group of other people all doing to together! We talk about nutrition and goals and how to create healthy habits. We encourage each other when we start to stumble and celebrate each other's successes. It's the real deal.

My Review
The 21 Day Fix changed the game for me! Up until this point I was on my own trying to figure out what to eat, how much to eat, and how to stay balanced between my food groups. I was confused as to if I should be counting calories, fat, carbs, or other macros to best get the results I wanted (leaning out, more energy, burning fat) and I was at a plateau.

The 21 Day Fix TAUGHT ME HOW TO EAT! It took a week or so for me to get used to the containers and to figure out meals that I liked that worked with how many of each color I was supposed to eat each day but once I got used to it, it was almost magical how easy my nutrition became! I didn't have to count macros or track all my foods, if it fit in the container, I could eat it!

When I decided to go paleo I used the 21 Day Fix to keep me on track. It was the easiest transition I've ever had when making a big nutritional change like that! I was able to lose 15 pounds in just 21 days and was able to learn how to eat a paleo meal plan that included all my food groups: veggies, fruits, healthy fats, carbs, protein, and nuts/seeds/oils.

The workouts are structured in a way that they go by so fast! I love the mix of cardio and strength as well as the flexibility workouts (pilates and yoga) thrown in to keep you from getting bored during the week and to give your muscle groups a rest.

This is my GO-TO recommendation for people of all kinds of fitness and goal levels because the program adapts to each person so perfectly! It's amazing for busy people too because it takes all the guesswork out of meal prep and the workouts are so short!

Here are the REAL RESULTS of one of my past challengers and myself on the 21 Day Fix...

Ready? Awesome! Click on the Autumn-isms below to get the 21 Day Fix Challenge Pack for yourself and you'll be instantly registered to join my next Challenge Group!

Is Beachbody Coaching Legit? | My First 4 Figure Week

11 months ago we had credit cards that were maxed out and we couldn't afford to pay anything more than our minimum payments on them each month. 11 months ago we were worried about how we'd be able to afford to see our family for the holidays. 11 months ago we were 1 unforeseen expense away from a bad situation. 11 months ago I was stressed out and depressed and hated my body and felt miserable in it. 11 months ago I decided that enough was enough.

It's now officially August. Which means it's my coach-iversary month! I signed up last August and started my own journey to health and happiness and financial progress. I had no idea how quickly or how slowly my journey was going to go. In fact, I was completely skeptical of the whole thing. Little did I know that I had started on a road that would DRAMATICALLY change my life in less than a year.
My 70 pound transformation. See my transformation video here

If you would have told me 11 months ago that this August I would be 129 pounds, wearing a size 4, feeling incredible and vibrant I would have laughed in your face. Actually, that's not true. I would have probably burst into inconsolable tears. Because I had lost hope completely. I thought I'd NEVER feel good in my own skin again. That is a dark place to be you guys. If you are reading this, and you look in the mirror and don't recognize yourself, if you wake up each morning feeling exhausted and sad and getting dressed each day makes you want to give up and get back into bed, I am here for you. I know exactly how you feel because I LIVED that for years. And let me be the first to tell you with 100% conviction that you don't have to feel that way forever. YOU can dig yourself out from that hole. Will it happen overnight? No. Will it be easy? Nope. Will you want to quit? Probably. But you won't. Because you'll start to see little bits of progress and they'll light a tiny ember in your heart that will fuel a raging fire of hope as you go. PLEASE connect with me if this is you, I am super passionate about helping people to find the hope for a blazing bright and happy and healthy future. If I can do it, believe me, anyone can do it! But back to the reason for this post...

If you would have told me 11 months ago that this August we'd have ZERO consumer debt I'd have looked at you like you were crazy. "Oh yeah?" I would have asked. "And is Jack and his giant beenstalk going to sell me some magic money tree beans too?" I would snicker at you with contempt. Because I saw no way out. I felt like we were destined to work our asses off and never get ahead. Isn't this how so many of us feel? It sucks. But it's not the truth. It feels like truth, but there is a way out!

Network marketing can be a strange business to get into. Everyone seems to have an opinion on this industry and the type of people who are in it. But... network marketing is an incredible thing! Why? Because it is based on helping people. At least that's how Beachbody works. Your success and your income is a DIRECT REFLECTION on how many other people you help to achieve their own goals. So not only do you get rewarded with success but also with the deep personal satisfaction of knowing that your time is spent making a positive difference to someone. (GIRLBOSSing digression: Network marketing is one of the only places where women earn DOLLAR FOR DOLLAR what mean earn doing the same jobs.)

I have been a coach for just shy of a year now. And a year ago I set a goal for myself. It was a bold goal. (But I'm not known for my timidity in goal setting, am I now?) I set a goal to be earning 4 figures a week by my 1 year coach-iversary. And last week, my dear friends, I had my first 4 figure week. Why is this such a big deal? Because I consider that sort of income, a full time income. So is Beachbody coaching legit? Me and my zero balances on my credit cards say YES. ;)

If you are reading this and you are identifying with where I was a year ago let me grab you by the hands, and look right into your eyes and tell you that YOU ARE NOT STUCK. Did you hear me? You, my sweet friend, are NOT STUCK where you are. Whether coaching is right for you or not (and I'd be happy to help you figure that out!) know that there are things you can start doing TODAY to move yourself forward and towards the life you dream about!
