FAST FIVE ABOUT THE 21 DAY FIX

WHO: Who is the 21 Day Fix for? EVERYONE! This program is based on basic principles of balance and clean eating. It can easily be adapted for people with dietary restrictions like vegetarians, vegans, GF, paleo and primal lifestyles! In fact, I shared all about how I make the 21 Day Fix work for me as a paleo eater here! The workouts are short, just 30 minutes, and are a fantastic balance rotating between cardio, strength, hybrid, pilates, and yoga! You get the full 21 Day Fix program and nutrition plan + 1 month of Shakeology (normally $130). So basically it's like you are getting the 21 Day Fix program for just $10! This is what you need to buy to join my monthly challenge groups. The challenge group is the key to long term success because it connects you with a community, especially with a program like the 21 Day Fix where you will likely have lots of questions about meal planning and recipes ideas! You get free coaching from me as you go through the program with a group of other people all doing to together! We talk about nutrition and goals and how to create healthy habits. My Review
The 21 Day Fix changed the game for me! Up until this point I was on my own trying to figure out what to eat, how much to eat, and how to stay balanced between my food groups. I was confused as to if I should be counting calories, fat, carbs, or other macros to best get the results I wanted (leaning out, more energy, burning fat) and I was at a plateau.

The 21 Day Fix TAUGHT ME HOW TO EAT! It took a week or so for me to get used to the containers and to figure out meals that I liked that worked with how many of each color I was supposed to eat each day but once I got used to it, it was almost magical how easy my nutrition became! I didn't have to count macros or track all my foods, if it fit in the container, I could eat it!

When I decided to go paleo I used the 21 Day Fix to keep me on track. It was the easiest transition I've ever had when making a big nutritional change like that! I was able to lose 15 pounds in just 21 days and was able to learn how to eat a paleo meal plan that included all my food groups: veggies, fruits, healthy fats, carbs, protein, and nuts/seeds/oils.

The workouts are structured in a way that they go by so fast! I love the mix of cardio and strength as well as the flexibility workouts (pilates and yoga) thrown in to keep you from getting bored during the week and to give your muscle groups a rest.

This is my GO-TO recommendation for people of all kinds of fitness and goal levels because the program adapts to each person so perfectly! It's amazing for busy people too because it takes all the guesswork out of meal prep and the workouts are so short!
