Two of my favorite programs together in one amazing hybrid! I've been working on putting these two programs for a while now. I played around with the schedules of workouts till something just felt right! Now, let me preface this by saying that both of these programs are amazing on their own! There is no need to combine them to get results. BUT... if you've already done them and you're just looking to mix it up, then this is a really fun month long hybrid. I suggest you follow the 21 Day Fix nutrition plan with the colored containers for portion control because it's just flipping genius!

So what I love so much about these two programs is that they are short and sweet and they make you feel AMAZING! Piyo is the only workout program I've been able to stick to doing in the morning every day (I'm NOT an early bird!) because it's so low impact and just FEELS good. All the strength and stretches really energize you and make your body feel alive and ready for the day!
The 21 Day Fix's workouts are structured in a way that I fell like they go by the quickest. You work in little sets doing moves then repeating them. The workouts fly by and if you're like me, that's a huge bonus because we're busy and we don't have hours a day to spend working out.
